Terms of Use
- Applique Market’s designs sold on this website are digital embroidery design files for use with an embroidery machine that reads one of our offered formats. They are not patches or physical products. You must have an embroidery machine to use these designs. Our designs are delivered by digital download. They are not shipped.
- Use of Appliqué Market designs are permitted for personal and small business use only, up to a quantity of 75 items. Using these designs to manufacture or generate high volume is not allowed.
- You may not sell, copy, share or trade or alter the digital design file in any way. Our designs and images may not be used to create printed items, graphics, transfers, paper piecing, hand applique patterns, cutting files or any other derivative work.
Privacy & Security
- Personal information collected on this site is kept secure and confidential and will not be shared, sold or used for any other reason.
- You will only receive emails with your order information after your order is complete, unless you opt-in to receive our email newsletter which will result in occasional emails with our latest designs, news and sale information.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our designs, we do not offer refunds. If you are ever not satisfied with an Applique Market design, please email us at contact@appliquemarket.com so that we can discuss any issues you may have with a design.
